How to request account deletion
To delete your account, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Nemet app
- Go to the Profile section
- Select the Delete account option
- Confirm the deletion of your account and enter your password
- Submit the deletion request to the support team

What data is deleted?
When the request is processed, the following data will be deleted:
- Account data, such as name, email, and identifier
- Usage information associated with the account
- User-generated content
- Follow-up information and health records
Deleted data cannot be recovered. If you want to use Nemet again in the future, you will need to create a new account.
Is any data retained?
Some data may be retained temporarily when necessary to:
- Comply with legal obligations
- Resolve disputes
- Ensure system security
This data is stored securely and deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for the purposes listed above.
How long does the process take?
Deletion requests are processed within a maximum period of 72 hours from receipt.
