Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs the conditions applicable to subscriptions, payments, cancellations, and refund requests for Nemet, a platform developed and operated by Mythology Labs SRL.
By purchasing a Nemet subscription, the Client accepts this Policy, together with the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
1. Subscription model
Nemet is offered under a monthly, annual, or other billing frequency communicated at the time of purchase.
Each plan may include different features, limits on users, professionals, patients, support, integrations, or other benefits.
The specific conditions of each plan will be available on the pricing page, commercial proposal, checkout, or communication sent to the Client.
2. Payment processing
Nemet payments may be processed through authorized payment providers.
When payment is processed by payment providers, such provider may act as Merchant of Record, process the charge, calculate applicable taxes, issue receipts/proofs of payment, and provide transactional support related to the payment.
Buyers may also request assistance regarding subscriptions or refunds through the provider’s order support.
The charge descriptor, receipt, or proof of payment may include references to the provider, Nemet, Mythology Labs, or other related identifiers.
3. Automatic renewal
Unless otherwise indicated, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
The Client authorizes the recurring charge corresponding to the subscribed plan, according to the selected billing frequency.
It is the Client’s responsibility to cancel the subscription before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue using the service.
4. Subscription cancellation
The Client may cancel their subscription at any time through the means enabled on the platform, checkout, customer portal, payment provider, or by writing to:soporte@mythologylabs.com.uy
Cancellation prevents future charges, but does not automatically imply the refund of amounts already paid.
Unless otherwise indicated, after cancellation, the Client will retain access to the service until the end of the already paid period.
5. Refunds
As a general rule, payments for subscriptions that have already started are non-refundable, except in the following cases:
- Billing error: when there is a duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized charge attributable to a verifiable error.
- Serious technical issues: when the Client has been substantially unable to access the service due to a cause attributable to Nemet and the issue could not be resolved within a reasonable period.
- Request within the initial period: when the Client requests a refund within the first 7 calendar days from the first payment of a new subscription, provided there has been no intensive use, abuse, breach of the Terms, or improper use of the service.
- Legal obligation: when a refund is required under applicable law.
- Exceptional commercial decision: when Mythology Labs, at its sole discretion, approves a refund for commercial, support, or customer satisfaction reasons.
6. Non-refundable cases
Unless otherwise required by law, refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Cancellation requested after the billing period has started or renewed, outside the cases provided for in this Policy.
- Lack of use of the platform by the Client.
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Client error when selecting a plan, unless correction is requested within 48 hours after the selection was made.
- Breach of the Terms and Conditions.
- Suspension or termination due to improper, illegal, risky, or unauthorized use.
- Services, configurations, developments, migrations, training sessions, or custom work already performed, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
- Taxes, fees, withholdings, bank commissions, or non-recoverable third-party charges.
7. Plan changes
The Client may request plan changes, subject to availability and current commercial conditions.
When upgrading to a higher-tier plan, the proportional difference or the corresponding new price may be charged according to the available billing method.
When downgrading to a lower-tier plan, the new price may apply from the next billing cycle, unless otherwise agreed.
Credits, adjustments, or prorations will depend on the configuration of the payment system, the provider used, and the applicable commercial conditions.
8. Free trials and demos
If Nemet offers a free demo, it does not imply a purchase, payment obligation, or automatic charge, unless expressly stated otherwise.
If Nemet offers a free trial requiring a payment method, the conditions for start date, duration, conversion to a paid plan, and cancellation will be communicated before completing the purchase.
The Client is responsible for canceling before the end of the trial if they do not wish to continue with a paid subscription, when applicable.
9. Refund request
To request a refund, the Client must write to:soporte@mythologylabs.com.uy
Including:
- Client or company name.
- Email used for the purchase.
- Approximate payment date.
- Reason for the request.
- Receipt, order number, or transaction information, if available.
When payment has been processed by the payment provider, the Client may also manage the request through the provider’s support channels associated with the order.
Payment providers have mechanisms that allow buyers to request assistance with subscriptions or refunds.
10. Review and crediting timeframes
We will review refund requests within a reasonable period.
If the refund is approved, the credit will be issued through the same payment method originally used, unless the payment provider allows or requires another mechanism.
Crediting times may vary depending on the payment provider, issuing bank, card, country, or method used.
For payments processed by payment providers, refunds and credit notes may be managed through their systems.
11. Cancellations due to breach
Mythology Labs may suspend or cancel a subscription without refund when there is a breach of the Terms and Conditions, improper use of the platform, legal risk, security risk, fraud, abuse, non-payment, or use contrary to Nemet’s professional purpose.
